A note on scope
These documents describe how the Service works and what we and you are each responsible for. They are not a state-by-state legal compliance guide. Laws on call recording, telemarketing, biometric information, and data privacy vary by state and country and change over time - we are not in a position to tell you, in a published document, exactly what the law requires in every jurisdiction you or your Callers are in, and a general document that claimed to would be more likely to mislead you than help you. If precise jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction compliance matters for your business, get advice from an attorney licensed where you operate.
