Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Kyrova Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Kyrova Holdings," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with Integral Showings, our AI voice receptionist product and related website, dashboard, and services (collectively, the "Service"). It applies to our customers - the businesses and professionals who sign up for an account ("you," "Customer") - and to the people who call a Customer's AI receptionist ("Callers"), since a Caller's information passes through the Service too, even though a Caller doesn't have an account with us directly.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you're a Caller, this policy describes how information about your call is handled; you should also check with the business you called, since they control what they do with the information we give them.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
Kyrova Holdings LLC is the entity responsible for the Service and for the decisions we make about your information as described here. You can reach us at privacy@integralshowings.com, or by mail at Kyrova Holdings LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. Your name, email address, phone number, and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
- Sign-in via Google. If you choose to sign up or log in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google's standard sign-in flow. We don't receive your Google password, and we don't request access to your Gmail, Drive, or other Google data beyond basic profile information.
- Business information. Your business name, the area or cities you serve, and details specific to your industry - for example, property listings if you're a real estate professional.
- Call and Caller information. When your AI receptionist handles a call, we process the Caller's phone number, their name if they give it, a recording of the call, a written transcript, an AI-generated summary, and any lead details the AI receptionist collects (like budget, timeline, or the reason for the call).
- Payment information. Billing is handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive and store a customer and subscription reference from Stripe so we know your plan and billing status, but we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage and device information. Standard log data like your IP address, browser type, and the actions you take in the dashboard, which we use to keep the Service working and secure.
- Support communications. If you email us or otherwise contact us for help, we keep a record of that conversation so we can assist you and refer back to it later.
3. Where this information comes from
Most of what we collect comes directly from you, when you create an account, fill out onboarding, add a listing, or contact support. Caller information comes from the phone calls your AI receptionist handles. Some information - like your approximate location or device type - is inferred automatically from your connection to the Service. If you sign in with Google, some account information comes from Google.
4. How we use information
- To operate the Service - answer, qualify, and route calls, and send you summaries by text or email.
- To set up and maintain your AI receptionist, phone number, and account.
- To process billing and manage your subscription.
- To provide customer support and respond to your questions.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To understand how the Service is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.
- To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We don't use Caller information to build advertising profiles, and we don't sell personal information to data brokers or anyone else looking to advertise to you or your Callers.
5. Automated processing and AI-generated content
Part of how the Service works is automatic: the AI receptionist listens to a call, and software generates a transcript, a summary, and a rough "how promising is this lead" label and score. That labeling is done by a machine, based on patterns in what was said - it isn't reviewed by a person before it reaches you, and it can be wrong. We don't use this scoring to make any decision that legally or similarly significantly affects a Caller; it's simply a sorting tool we hand to the Customer so they know who to call back first.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our dashboard uses standard authentication cookies necessary to keep you signed in - these aren't used for tracking or advertising. On our public marketing pages, we use Plausible, an analytics tool that doesn't set cookies and doesn't track you across other websites. It gives us aggregate numbers, like how many people visited a page, without identifying you individually.
7. How we share information
We share information only where it's needed to run the Service, or where the law requires it. We don't sell your information, or a Caller's information, to anyone.
The providers we use, and what we share with each, are:
- Supabase - our database, authentication, and file storage provider. Nearly everything described in Section 2 passes through Supabase's infrastructure.
- Vapi - the voice-AI provider that powers the actual phone conversation: speech recognition, language processing, and text-to-speech. Call audio and transcripts pass through Vapi to make the AI receptionist work.
- Twilio - handles phone numbers, call routing, and SMS delivery.
- Stripe - handles payment processing and subscription billing, as described in Section 2.
- Vercel - hosts the website and application.
- Google - only involved if you choose to sign in with a Google account.
We may also share information if we're required to by law, subpoena, or other legal process; if we believe it's necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kyrova Holdings, our users, or the public; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of some or all of our business (in which case we'll make reasonable efforts to notify affected users where the law requires it).
8. Call recording
Calls to your AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed to produce the summaries and lead details described above. A Caller is played a notice near the start of the call letting them know the call may be recorded. As explained in our Terms of Service, the Customer using the Service is responsible for making sure their use of call recording complies with the law in the places they and their Callers are located - we provide the default notice as a tool, not as a substitute for that responsibility.
9. SMS and opt-in data
We don't sell or share SMS opt-in data or other personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers we collect for text verification or account notifications are used only to run the Service as described here and in our Terms of Service.
10. Data retention
We keep your account, business, and call data for as long as your account is active, or as long as we reasonably need it to provide the Service, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal or accounting obligation (for example, we may need to keep billing records for several years after you cancel, purely for tax purposes). When you close your account, we'll delete or anonymize the rest of your data within a reasonable time. You can ask us to delete your data sooner by contacting us - see Section 12.
11. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypting data in transit, limiting who on our team can access customer data, and never storing passwords in plain text. No system is completely secure, though, and we can't guarantee that information you send us will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of any of our physical, technical, or administrative safeguards. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we'll notify you consistent with applicable law.
12. Your privacy rights and choices
- You can access, correct, export, or ask us to delete your information, and you can close your account, by emailing privacy@integralshowings.com.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing settings.
- You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP - see our Terms of Service for the full SMS terms.
- If you're a Caller and want to know what information a business collected about your call through the Service, contact that business directly - they control their own call data. If you'd like to reach us about a call handled by the Service, you can still email us and we'll do what we reasonably can to help.
13. California privacy rights
If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act and its amendments give you the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, to request that we delete it, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We don't sell or share personal information in the way those terms are defined under California law - we simply use service providers to run the Service, as described in Section 7. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@integralshowings.com. We'll take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding, and we won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
14. Other state privacy rights
Residents of several other states - including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and a growing list of others with their own comprehensive privacy laws - have similar rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of certain uses of it. We extend the same process described in Section 13 to residents of those states: email us and we'll respond consistent with the law that applies to you.
15. International users
Our Service and our service providers are based in the United States, and information is processed and stored here. If you or your Callers are located outside the U.S., understand that your information will be transferred to, and processed in, the United States, which may not have the same data protection laws as your home country. By using the Service, you consent to that transfer.
16. Children's privacy
The Service is meant for businesses and working professionals, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and our Terms of Service require that account holders be at least 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
17. Third-party links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites we don't operate or control. This policy doesn't apply to those sites, and we aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices. We'd encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the Service or the law changes. When we do, we'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for a change we consider material, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know directly, by email or an in-product notice.
19. Contact us
