Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. It explains what you may not use Integral Showings to do. Violating this policy can result in suspension or termination of your account, as described in the Terms.

You may not use the Service to:

• Break the law - including consumer protection, telemarketing, robocall, data protection, or call-recording and wiretapping laws in any jurisdiction where you or your callers are located.
• Send unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or telemarketing that violates the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CAN-SPAM Act, or similar laws.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or invade the privacy of any person.
• Impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent who or what a caller is speaking with.
• Screen, qualify, route, or prioritize callers differently based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, age, or any other legally protected characteristic, regardless of your industry - this applies to every business using the Service, and in particular to real estate use, where it implicates fair housing law.
• Upload or process content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Collect more sensitive personal information than is reasonably necessary for an ordinary business call - for example, full government ID numbers, health information, or financial account credentials - without confirming you're legally allowed to and have the safeguards the law requires.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying software, models, or source code behind the Service.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass the security or authentication of the Service without our permission.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service outside the interfaces and limits we provide.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to a third party as a standalone or embedded product without our written consent.
• Attempt to manipulate the AI receptionist into acting outside your configuration - for example, by claiming false authority or trying to extract another customer's information.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy, and may suspend or terminate access, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe a violation occurred or continued use puts the Service, us, another customer, or a caller at risk. This mirrors, and does not add new obligations beyond, Section 5 of our Terms of Service.
