This page describes, in plain terms, how we protect data in Integral Showings. It's a summary, not a certification or a specific commitment beyond what's in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

How we protect your data

Encryption in transit. Data sent between your browser, our servers, and our providers is encrypted.
Password handling. We never store your password in plain text - it's hashed before it's saved.
Access control. Access to customer data is limited to what's reasonably necessary to operate and support the Service, and to the account holder it belongs to.
Payment data. We never see or store your full card number - billing is handled entirely by Stripe.
Established infrastructure. We build on established, security-focused providers (see our Subprocessors page) rather than running our own servers, which lets us rely on their investment in physical and network security.

No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee that data will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of any of our safeguards. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we'll notify you as required by applicable law.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in Integral Showings, we want to know about it. Email support@integralshowings.com with a description of the issue and the steps to reproduce it. Please:

Give us a reasonable amount of time to investigate and respond before disclosing the issue publicly.
Do not access, modify, delete, or disclose another user's data - stop as soon as you've confirmed the vulnerability exists, and report it instead of exploring further.
Do not run tests that could degrade the Service for other users, such as denial-of-service testing.
Include enough detail (steps, request/response examples, affected endpoint) for us to reproduce the issue.

We'll acknowledge reports made in good faith and won't pursue legal action against a researcher who follows the guidelines above while investigating and reporting a vulnerability to us.
