Subprocessors

This page lists the third-party providers we use to run Integral Showings ("the Service"), what each one is for, and what kind of data passes through it. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which is the governing document.

• Supabase - Database, authentication, and file storage. Data involved: Account, business, and call data.
• Vapi - Voice AI: speech recognition, language processing, and text-to-speech for the AI receptionist. Data involved: Call audio, transcripts.
• Twilio - Phone numbers, call routing, and SMS delivery. Data involved: Phone numbers, call and SMS metadata.
• Stripe - Payment processing and subscription billing. Data involved: Billing and subscription reference (never full card numbers).
• Vercel - Application hosting. Data involved: Application and technical data.
• Google - Sign-in, only if you choose to use it. Data involved: Name and email address.
• Plausible - Cookieless website analytics. Data involved: Aggregate page-view counts; no personal information.

Why we use them

We're a small team, and building our own database, voice AI, telephony network, and payment infrastructure from scratch isn't realistic or safer than using established providers who specialize in each of those. We chose each provider above for their security and reliability track record, and we only share the data each one actually needs to do its job.

Changes to this list

If we add, remove, or replace a provider in a way that changes who has access to your data, we'll update this page and, for a material change, make a reasonable effort to let you know directly.
